Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Naples Federico II, with a thesis in Military Criminal Law and Procedure entitled "Military Criminal Law and people with particular reference to military service.";
he continuously attended the notary school of the President Dr. Guido Capozzi, collaborating with him in the preparation of the lessons;
he carried out notarial practice at the office of the Notary Onorato Battista of Naples and legal practice at the lawyer Luigi de Prisco of Naples;
attended the courses held by the notary Tommaso Gaeta of Naples, aimed at learning the drafting techniques of the notarial deed, as well as the courses held by the Notary Claudio Trinchillo of Naples aimed at preparing the competition for the appointment as notary;
has passed the exam for the qualification to practice as a lawyer and has carried out contractual legal advice;
he collaborated with Professor Francesco de Simone at the chair of private law institutions at the economics faculty of the Naval University of Naples, as an expert on the subject;
